Step 2: Find our staff with your name written on our sign board right after landing. In case you cannot find our staff, please give us a call at hotline (+84) 946.583.583.
Step 3: Hand over our staff your visa approval letter, Vietnamese visa application form, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee (US $25/single entry visa, US $50/multiple entry visa valid for up to 3 momths) to complete the entry procedures on your behalf
Step 4: Get your passport back with Vietnam Visa stamped within a few minutes.

VIETNAM VISA EXTENSION
With the hope of offering clients more valuable assistance, Vietnamvisa.hk, or provides visa extension/renewal services for those whose Vietnam visas have come close to expiration dates and still wish to stay longer.
TO EXTEND/RENEW YOUR VISA, YOU ARE KINDLY ADVISED TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Step 1: Send a scanned copy of your passport and the page containing your current Vietnam visa to our email [email protected] for checking
Step 2: Be informed via email about whether your visa can be extended and the Vietnam visa extension fee as it varies from case to case.
Step 3: For those who are currently in Hanoi, please carry your original passport to our office. In case you are in Ho Chi Minh City, please let us know your current address so that our staff can come in person to pick up your passport.
Step 4: Wait for a few days to get your passport back along with your new stamped visa.

Note for Vietnam Visa extension:
It is strongly recommended that you extend/renew your visa at least 1 week (for 3 months visa, preferably 2 weeks) before your visa expiration date
Before you apply for visa extension, your passport must have 2 blank pages at minimum.
For tourist and business Visa, the extension/renewal is only applicable for 1 month or 3 months (single/ multiple).
