Requirements on arrival in Vietnam

Hi there, if i arrive in Vietnam with the approval letter, do i also need to bring passport size photos with me to give to the officials?  If so, how many and what are the specifications of these photos?

Please be informed that to get visa on arrival, you need to prepare two passport size photos (one to be glued on the Vietnamese application form which will be sent to you together with your visa approval letter and the other to be presented to the immigration official at the airport in Vietnam).
