After finishing your VOA application, you will receive a pre-approval letter for your visa application in advance; then you will get the visa stamped at the arrival airport in Vietnam. Although visa on arrival treasures a special advantage, especially to those who are now living far from Vietnam Embassy, it is only applicable to people traveling to Vietnam by airline.
For people who staying in Hong Kong
Please check to make sure whether your nationalities are included in the Vietnam visa exemption list or not. If you nationality is not included in the list, you must be prepare a Vietnam visa before traveling to Vietnam.

- Step 1: Fill out the form: Fill out the secured online application form. You are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicant(s) that matches the information on your passports.
- Step 2: Make payment: Double check your information, then confirm & pay for the service fee. Payment can be made using Credit/ Debit Card via OnePay/PayPal or cash via Western Union.
- Step 3: Get approval letter: Your visa approval letter will be sent via email within 1-2 working days with instructions in detail for necessary documents to have your visa stamp at the arrival airport in Vietnam.
- Step 4: Get visa stamped: Present your passport, visa approval letter, 02 photos, the Entry & Exit application form along with stamping fee (USD recommended) to Immigration officers at the arrival airport.
