Vietnam Visa information for Ukraine citizen
Hi,
I am a Ukraine passport holder holding an Employment pass in Hong Kong. My spouse is holding a dependent pass in Hong Kong. We would like get some information about visa and fees for a 4 day holiday visit to Vietnam.
Can we apply Visa from embassy in Hong Kong?
How much will it cost for the complete Visa process (including stamping)?
What are the required documents to apply visa?

Please be informed that you absolutely can apply for Vietnam visa at Vietnam Embassy in Hong Kong. Please directly contact the embassy for the visa procedure, required documents or visa fees since they may vary from embassy to embassy and are subject to change without notice.
In addition, we are happy to say that if you travel to Vietnam by air, we may assist you to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival (VOA). With this kind of visa, you only need to complete the application online and get visa approval letter via email and then get visa stamped onto your passports upon arrival at Vietnam airport.
With VOA, you will need to pay two kinds of service:
- Service fee to be paid to Vietnamvisa.hk for processing your visa approval letter. The service fee may vary depending on number of applicants in your group and kind of visa you want to apply for. It is around US $21/applicant.
- Stamping fee to be paid in cash to immigration officer at Vietnam airport to get visa stamped. It is US $45 for a single entry visa and US $95 for a multiple entry visa valid for up to 3 month currently, but it is only US $25 and US $50 respectively from November 23, 2015.
